Wine is to be enjoyed. Unfortunately this simple principle seems to have been drowned somewhere amongst the
oak and tannins. There is seemingly too much ego, intimidation and over analysis of what is basically in essence,
fermented grape juice.
Wine is to be enjoyed. Don't let anyone's opinion sway your own. You either like it or you don't, simple as that.
We all have differing palates and we are all at different stages in our wine maturity.
Wine is to be enjoyed. Don't be afraid to ask for advice. Don't be afraid of trying something different. It is one
of life's great pleasures to find and taste new loves.
Wine is to be enjoyed. Be honest with wine. Taste it on its merits and not on its price. Don't dismiss a variety on
one bad experience. Be open to extending your knowledge as with all things, greater appreciation and joy can be
found through knowledge.
Wine is to be enjoyed. The most rewarding wine is one that is shared. Nothing matches more harmoniously with wine
than friends and loves. Not everyone may appreciate wine to the same extent as others but to preclude them from an
experience detracts from wine's purpose, which is to bring friends and family together.
Above all else, wine is to be enjoyed!
